    If you are thinking of going into a diet, I don’t think you can’t do it if you get into the Mayo Clinic Diet. However, the challenge is to think big that is to think not only of losing weight but also of getting healthy by healthy living. This book makes a perfect guide especially for beginners. There are 2 stages of this diet (lose it and live it stages) but it doesn’t hold a promise of making things easier. As with other diets, preparation, conscious effort, and motivation are crucial factors in achieving the desired weight and body. The points to check and questions to answer to know whether or not you should start getting into the diet are a very good idea. The Mayo Healthy Weight Pyramid is simple and I like that it specifically puts a special part for exercise and physical activities. Complete and information are quality!
