    I thought it was very hard to eat healthy most of the time but when I saw this book I would give it a shot.
    I’m pretty impressed by it because I don’t think it all has to be that hard.

    There are some great tips and facts in this book. Great info.

    Many people including myself have tried to lose weight over and over again without much success. However, as I’ve come to realize now – the reason for this is that people start exercising but they have no idea how to accomplish the 2nd pillar of weight loss…eating healthy. Many people when they hear “eating healthy” think they have to eat salads 3 times per day, every day. However this is definitely not the case – this book helps people trying to lose weight plan their meals in a sound and healthy way that will help them lose weight safely and properly!
