By following the Nutrisystem program I have lost 6 pounds within a 2 week period. This makes me so pleased because I haven’d felt hungry at all. I read the reviews of other customers & I am convinced of 1 thing, you have to be committed to the process & let go of old habits.
I really enjoy the taste of almost everything the Nutrisystem program has to offer. My friend as well as my husband have tried it and they both say it tastes like regular food. The difference is even though it tastes like regular food, the calorie intake & other additives are of a lesser amount, so the weight just falls off.
I have been on other weight loss programs in the past & the issue I have always had was not taste, but selection. Nutrisystem has a large selection of items to choose from, therefore you never run out of options.
Protein shakes seem to fit me the best because they really assist to tie me over until I eat after that day. I always end up drinking those between lunch & dinner which is the most difficult time for me. In all, I am & will always be a fan of Nutrisystem.
