great resource for people looking at establishing an exercise routine,
Finding an excercise routine that you can work with and keep doing regularly is a lot easier than it sounds. This book is guide from the authors own experiences about creating an exercise system that works for you. Along the way she discusses what worked for her and for others.
Most of the advice is nice and simple and very useful. She goes through all the parts of a complete workout and takes you through them like a personal trainer takes you through your paces.
nice read, handy guide.

|I never thought I could actually exercise…,
Once you get to a certain weight it gets to the point where you don’t think you can actually exercise. That is so much extra weight to carry and move around with! This book isn’t a workout on its own, it is a guide to setting up your own workout plan. The author gives some great suggestions and tells you what different aspects you need to include for optimum weight loss. I learned so much from this book! Whether you want to lose 20 pounds or 200 pounds, this book can get you on the right track as far as exercise is concerned.

|I LOVE this book!,
I love the fact that the author has ‘been there, done that and bought the T-shirt’ (in a plus size!) because it means she understands not being ready for P90X. This is someone who has walked the walk, not some Skinny Minnie born with great DNA who thinks “overweight” means gaining 3 pounds.
I love that she “talks” to me throughout the book. Her writing style is so marvelously conversational that I feel like she’s sitting across the table, and we’re having coffee together.
I love that she offers encouragement, real world suggestions, and heartfelt inspiration.
If you’re still struggling with your weight because you just can’t bring yourself to add exercise to your life, do yourself a HUGE favor and get this book…your body will thank you for it in ways you can’t even imagine.
